All premium products sold by AP Networking Exam Prep are digital products or digital downloads. Because digital products can be accessed, viewed, saved, or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns on premium digital products.
No returns or refunds on digital downloads
AP Networking Exam Prep does not sell physical merchandise that can be returned. Premium purchases provide access to digital educational materials, browser-based resources, downloadable files, or other digital content. Once a digital product has been purchased, the purchase is non-refundable.
